The Catalan capital in the near future will have a new viewpoint of the city. We are talking about the restructuring the Agbar Tower, which will become a new luxury hotel with 417 rooms, with the third-largest center for congresses and with new viewpoint at the top, which will be open to all visiters.
The future luxury hotel in Barcelona's emblematic Agbar tower is already causing huge public expectations. With a capacity of 417 rooms, the hotel will be one of the largest in the Catalan capital.
Due to the height of the tower, its roof offers a beautiful view of the city and the Mediterranean Sea, and this have decided to use the future owners of one of the symbols of the city. Thus, on top of the Agbar Tower will be made a new viewpoint, which will be available to everyone, and not just for the guests of the luxury hotel. Guests of the town and its residents also will be able to see Barcelona from the new heights.
Supervising of the construction of a new hotel, as it became known, will be made by the American hotel chain Hyatt, and the viewing platform itself will be organized by Jordi Vallverdú, an experienced businessman, who previously headed the direction of the known concert hall in Barcelona – the Sant Jordi Palace.
The process of buying the symbolic Agbar Tower, designed by French architect Jean Nouvel, began in November 2013 and is taking its course, according to the mayor's office of the Catalan capital, which fully supports the image of Barcelona, as a great option for investment and a major tourist center.
Investment fund Emin Capital, which acquires Agbar Tower in property, expects to sign the final contract of sale in late February – early March and thereby close the deal.
The company Emin Capital, with the president Jordi Badia, is a major investment corporation and is actively developing in Latin America. Purchase of the Agbar Tower in Barcelona by management is seen as a promising and profitable project, due primarily to high tourist flow in the Catalan capital.
